Every thing we do in life should have purpose and meaning.
It is not a choice that we go to church it is a command of God. Hebrews 10-25
There are several reasons we should be in church, allow me to share some of them with you.

Divine Commandment – De 12:5
“But unto the place which the LORD your God shall choose out of all your tribes to put his name there, even unto his habitation shall ye seek, and thither thou shalt come:”
You will get Blessed – Ps 84:4
“Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: they will be still praising thee. Selah.”
Refuge in Time of Trouble – Is 37:1
“And it came to pass, when king Hezekiah heard it, that he rent his clothes, and covered himself with sackcloth, and went into the house of the LORD.”
A place of Instruction – Mi 4:2
“And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.”
A Comfort in Old Age – Luke 2:36-37
“And there was one Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Aser: she was of a great age, and had lived with an husband seven years from her virginity;
And she was a widow of about fourscore and four years, which departed not from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day.”
An Example of Christ – Luke 4:16

An Example of Believers to Believers – Luke 24:52-53

The question that Jesus ask Peter is what He is asking us to day. DO YOU LOVE ME?
Do we give Him our leftovers?
Do you love Me more than these?
A. Peter had promised. John 13:36-38

II. Do you love Me?
A. The things of the world are not even considered.
B. Love for Jesus is compelling. 2 Cor 5:14-15
C. Peter responds positively and did not forget. 1 Pet 5:1-4
III. The third question used Peter's word.
A. Three times, "Do you love me?"
B. Peter had denied three times
C. The loving call is to follow Christ. Mat 16:24

The coming of Christ is taught thru out the whole Bible. He will come as a thief in the night. We don’t know when He’s going to come we need to prepare now.
The second coming involves
1-A promise He made. John 14:3A
2-He’s coming with mighty power. 1 Thess 4:13
3-He’s coming with a meaningful purpose. John 14:3B
